These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.aetriscore.com, together with any products, platform, applications, and services made available by AetrisCore (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided strictly on the terms set out below. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. You access and use the Services entirely at your own risk. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from any unauthorised use of your Account.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, AetrisCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and freely revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes only. We may revoke this licence at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This licence does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services, or to use the Services except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, investigate, and take any action we consider appropriate against any User who, in our sole discretion, violates this Section or these Terms, including immediately suspending or terminating their Account without notice, refund, or liability, and reporting the conduct to the relevant authorities.
You retain all rights in and to any Content you submit through the Services. By submitting Content, you grant AetrisCore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and use that Content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely and exclusively responsible for your Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. AetrisCore assumes no responsibility or liability for any Content, and we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content.
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials (excluding User Content), and all intellectual property rights in them, are owned by or licensed to AetrisCore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence expressly granted to you in these Terms, nothing in these Terms transfers any right, title, or interest in the Services to you. The “AetrisCore” name, logo, and all related names and marks are trademarks of AetrisCore and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Where the Services or any part of them are offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including value added tax (VAT), for which you are responsible. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all fees and charges are non-refundable and non-creditable in full, including for partial use, unused periods, downgrades, suspensions, or terminations, and regardless of the reason. We may change our fees at any time, and any revised fees will apply from your next billing cycle.
The Services may integrate with, rely on, or contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by AetrisCore. We provide these for your convenience only and assume no responsibility or liability for the availability, content, policies, practices, acts, or omissions of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed solely by the terms of the relevant third party.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any Content or personal data you submit through the Services is collected and shared lawfully.
The Services are provided strictly on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant or guarantee that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may at any time, for any reason or no reason, and with or without notice, modify, update, suspend, restrict, withdraw, or discontinue all or any part of the Services, impose limits on features or usage, or restrict or terminate your access, in each case without any liability to you whatsoever. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all related content and materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. AetrisCore expressly disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the foregoing, AetrisCore does not warrant or represent that: the Services will meet your requirements or expectations; the Services will be uninterrupted, available, timely, secure, accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free; any defects will be corrected; or the Services or any servers or systems are free of viruses or other harmful components. The entire risk arising out of or relating to your access to and use of the Services remains solely with you. Any material or information obtained through the Services is accessed and used at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will AetrisCore, its affiliates, or their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise) and even if AetrisCore has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
This exclusion includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data or Content; any business interruption; any cost of procuring substitute goods or services; and any loss or damage arising from third-party content, products, services, acts, or omissions, unauthorised access, downtime, security incidents, or any matter beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent that any liability of AetrisCore cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of AetrisCore arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Services, however arising, is limited to the lower of (a) the total fees actually paid by you to AetrisCore in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) AED 100.
You agree that the limitations and exclusions in these Terms are reasonable, reflect the allocation of risk between the parties, and are an essential basis of the bargain between you and AetrisCore. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AetrisCore and its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) howsoever arising out of or in connection with: your access to or use of the Services; your Content; your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; or your infringement of the rights of any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in such defence.
These Terms apply from the moment you first access the Services and remain in effect while you use them. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability, refund, or compensation to you. You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your Account and any associated Content without liability. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions on intellectual property, fees and no refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be commenced within three (3) months after the cause of action arises; otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
AetrisCore will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, strikes, failures or interruptions of telecommunications, internet, hosting, or power infrastructure, or third-party service failures.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of [insert Emirate, e.g. Dubai]. You irrevocably agree that the competent courts of [insert Emirate, e.g. Dubai] will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Revised Terms take effect when posted on our website, and the “Last updated” date will be amended accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and AetrisCore regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
No third-party rights. These Terms do not confer any rights on any person other than you and AetrisCore.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by email, through the Services, or by posting on our website.
